Hospital visit support
If a hospital visit is required, we don't just drop them off. Our team provides physical accompaniment, assists with the registration and billing process, and stays with them until they are safely back home.
Monthly home visit
Sometimes, all they need is a friendly face. We conduct regular "well-being visits" to check on their health, home environment, and overall spirits. After each visit, you receive a personal update so you can stay connected to their daily life.
Medicine delivery
We ensure that prescriptions are never missed. We coordinate with trusted pharmacies to have essential medicines delivered directly to their doorstep, on time, every month.
Emergency help
In times of crisis, every second counts. We provide a dedicated point of contact for emergency help, assisting with ambulance coordination, hospital admission, and immediate local support until you can be reached or fly down.
